David’s Organic Farm—Gwarmacwydd is a perfect group accommodation option for up to 22. It offers a unique stay experience with 5 cottages set in a village atmosphere. Large groups can spend their days together and then retreat to their own private space at night. Alternatively, guests can choose to relax in their own space any time they want.
The holiday cottages are like a small village within the grounds of the historic Gwarmacwydd House – David’s Organic Farm. This small country estate spans over 450 acres and is nestled in the Vale of the River Taf, offering a unique and tranquil experience to its visitors. This is a perfect retreat destination where you can explore the 2 miles of riverbanks, 50 acres of woodland, and miles of pathways that await you without any restrictions. The Old Coach House & The Butlers Annex
Sleeps 9 – 4 Adults + 5 Children – Plus Cots
The Historic Old Coach House and Butler’s annexe is a charming combination that offers a unique blend of rich history, character, modern amenities, and comfortable furnishings. The two units are connected via a double communicating door on the ground floor, similar to a hotel suite.
The 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 guests, including 4 adults and 5 children, and in addition 2 infants, cots are available. The family room includes a king-size double bed, a 3ft single bed, space for a cot, and an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size double bed and a separate cot annexe/dressing room. The young person’s bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, one 3ft and another 2.5ft, providing sleeping space for up to 4 people.
The Old Barn & Tower
Sleeps 9 – 6 Adults & 3 Children + (2 cots & Z bed )
Plan the perfect family group getaway at The Barn Cottage & Tower Annexe. This charming former stone cattle byre has preserved its original stone walls and unique features, giving the space a rustic feel. With four cozy bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 people, making it perfect for families with up to 6 adults and 3 children.
The family bedroom has a king-size double bed and a 3ft single bed, with enough space for a cot. It also has an ensuite shower bathroom. The master bedroom also has a king-size double bed and is equipped with a shower and washbasin. Additionally, there is a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom for 2 young people.
The Old Barn at Gwarmacwydd House overlooks the beautiful garden and grounds. You can take a stroll around the garden and enjoy the children’s adventure playground. The open-plan ground floor features a cozy lounge and dining area with restored natural stone walls and travertine stone tiles, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for intimate conversations and relaxation. Adjacent to the lounge is a beautiful kitchen also with travertine tiles, oak units, and worktops, exuding a warm and welcoming ambiance. The Tower annex features a large semi-circular tower that houses the staircase. On the lower level of the tower, there’s just enough space for a sofa bed.

The Old Mill
The Old Mill is a unique, three-story cottage that’s full of character and charm. It used to be a corn mill on the estate and has now been converted into a stunning haven – perfect for family holidays or romantic getaways. The three floors are connected by a semi-circular stone tower, which creates a world of wonder inside.
